The chiropractic adjustment is very easy to explain.

A chiropractor, knowing the correct position of every human vertebra and its ideal juxtaposition to the adjoining vertebrae, will examine your spine by touch (palpation). Through this examination, we are able to determine when vertebrae are misaligned, slightly rotated, or subluxated.

If there is no subluxation, we do not adjust you. There is no reason to.

If there is a subluxation, with your permission, we will gently and safely move the vertebra back into its correct placement thus allowing the body to heal and function the way it was designed.

Based on your needs, this movement might be a push, or it might be a rotation or a drop. It might make a noise, or it might not. You might feel the movement, or you might not—either way, it will not be painful.

Most patients agree that it feels good. And that’s it. That is all we do. Simple adjustments with our bare hands and instrument assisted if need be.

The chiropractic adjustment is the greatest innovation in health care since the discovery of the pulse and sliced bread.

The upper cervical spine, specifically the atlas, is the key to human health, and chiropractic adjustments are the way to care for it. We do this very specifically by taking two x-rays and then analyze and if need be adjust precisely with a instrument.

Adjustments not only have the potential to remove pressure on the brain stem and reduce nerve interference, but they are the most practical way to do it and in my opinion the only way to live full out!!!
